Separation
At Darsi our aim is to offer you all the help and expertise you need to progress your designs from concept to separated files that are print ready for digital processes or technically correct for roller / cylinder / screen engraving.
From your first laying in meeting with us we approach your original artwork with sensitivity and are happy to advise upon or suggest a suitable production print route. This enables us to advance the separation process with clarity on your behalf and for you to retain your design’s aesthetic and integrity.
We are very proud of our high standards in separation and artistic interpretation. We use the latest specialist AVA & Photoshop software to support our creativity and technical ability.

Engraving
We partner a very select group of engraving specialists to make or remake printing rollers, cylinders and screens.
During the transition of a design into a roll of wallpaper, or a length of fabric, we work closely with you and the manufacturer to ensure that not only is the visual aesthetic true to the original artwork, but also that once engraved it is technically suitable for both the preferred substrate, or base cloth, and selected print route.
Once a separated design file is approved by yourselves it is submitted to the manufacturer for final review and sign off. When this approval is obtained we work on approximately 7 days, depending on the print process, to have the rollers / cylinders / screens engraved and delivered on site for production.

Darsi embraces creativity and by working collaboratively offers assistance and support whilst you transform your wallpaper and fabric designs into outstanding
commercial products.
